The MoA Strap is covered by a 12-month Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. To return a product, you must contact our support team within the warranty period to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA is valid for 15 days from the date of issue, and products cannot be returned without a valid RMA number. RMAs cannot be extended or reissued.
You must contact our support team to obtain an RMA number before returning any product.
When returning a product, all accessories must be included.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If you purchased the MoA Strap directly from MoAMocap, please include the return portion of your order slip with the returned product.
Products that are past the warranty period cannot be returned or refunded.
